Work Package 1: Project Management
This work package is about managing the overall project to make sure everything runs smoothly and meets high standards. Some examples are setting design criteria of for the avatars or ensuring that the data collection is high quality.
Work Package 2: Literature Review and Data Collection and Best Practices
This work package consists of two activities. The first activity is a Kick Off Meeting which is the first official gathering of all the project partners. On this meeting it is discussed the project’s overview, a timeline, and future deadlines. The second activity is the creation of Literature Review and Data Collection and Best Practices. The goal of this activity is to collect best practices in order to create effective and engaging avatars and reading materials specifically for students with partial mental disabilities.
Work Package 3: Avatar Development
The third work package includes a Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) in Poland . Transnational Project Meetings bring together all the project partners in order to discuss and manage the project’s progress. Also, on this work package is going to be developed a set of avatars for students with partial mental disabilities.
Work Package 4: Interactive Reading Material Development
The fourth work package includes a TPM in Turkey and the development of interactive reading material. The goal of this reading material is to be fun, interactive, and specifically suited to help students with partial mental disabilities learn better and feel more confident in their abilities.
Work Package 5: Dissemination
The fifth and final work package of the project consists of six Multiplier Events. The main goal of these events is to share the project’s results and outcomes with a wider audience and ensure that the knowledge and innovations developed are adopted and implemented. There is going to be a Multiplier Event on each of the following countries: Cyprus , Greece , Poland , Spain and Turkey .
