University Of Cyprus (Project Coordinator) – Nicosia, Cyprus
The University of Cyprus was established in 1989. It has over 7,000 undergraduate students and offers a variety of programs. The Department of Computer Science is active in areas like Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and Internet Technologies. They publish over 100 research papers annually and have been involved in numerous European Union projects, securing around 30 million euros in funding. The Software Engineering and Internet Technologies (SEIT) Laboratory is part of the Computer Science Department. They also work on ICT-enabled Creativity, Learning Environments, Health monitoring, and more. SEIT has a team of 12 staff, including postdoctoral scientists and PhD researchers, and they have extensive experience in applying technology to e-Learning and open distance learning. In recent years, SEIT has led and participated in various Erasmus+ projects and other initiatives related to education, technology, and innovation. They are currently involved in projects like eSticky and national projects like ReaDI-STANCE.
C.E.I.P. Federico García Lorca – Canarias, Spain
CEIP Federico García Lorca has an Orientation and Educative Support team focused on addressing the diverse needs of its students. The team includes a hearing and language specialist, a therapeutic pedagogy specialist, a social worker, a social educator, and a school counselor. The school currently has 30 Special Education Needs (SEN) students, 18 of whom have communication or language issues. The school emphasizes inclusivity and includes shared teaching, where two teachers assist in Spanish and Maths classes, and SEN students receive inclusive support from a Special Needs teacher.
Mykonos International Initiative – Mykonos, Greece
Mykonos International Initiative was established in January 2023 on Mykonos Island and is an education centre focused on European and international projects. Their aim is to support educational, social, entrepreneurial, environmental, sports, volunteering, and technological initiatives, as well as help participants become confident, innovative, successful, and healthy individuals through training, workshops, and theme days. They also offer advice services for professionals to apply their new knowledge. Their focus is twofold: training education staff from across Europe in various fields (e.g., multiculturalism, sustainable development, e-learning, technology, ICT) and participating in local and international education projects.
Diefthinsi Protobatmias Ekpaidefsis Ftiotidas – Lamia, Greece
The Directorate of Primary Education in Ftiotida, oversees 15,023 pupils, 1500 teachers, and 156 schools. Through professional development, it places a high priority on advancing diversity, battling illiteracy, and lowering school dropout rates. Promoting collaboration between parents, schools, and the community; encouraging social inclusion for underprivileged pupils as well as improving digital literacy are some of the main objectives. The Directorate operates a dynamic section dedicated to IT development and digital tools, executing projects in the fields of STEM, the arts, digitalization, and coding. It also seeks to address sustainability and digitalization concerns in education, converting it into a system that is more open to all and easier to navigate.

Girift EdTech, a company specializing in software research and development and educational technology, was founded in 2018 within Istanbul University Technopark with funding from the 1512 TUBITAK Entrepreneurship Program. The company’s primary areas of concentration are mobile apps, AR, VR, MR applications, virtual labs, eye tracking, STEM, and AI-enhanced digital products. It also develops software for educational technologies. Girift EdTech, which has a solid academic and professional basis, combines theory and practice to produce creative, superior solutions. The business also participates in social responsibility initiatives to increase teachers’ and students’ understanding of the engineering and educational fields.
Specjalny Osrodek Szkolno – Wychowawczy im. Henryka Sienkiewicza w Swidniku – Lublin Voivodeship, Poland
The Henryk Sienkiewicz Special School and Educational Centre in Świdnik caters to children and young people with varying degrees of intellectual disabilities. The primary goal is to prepare students for adult life, with each student receiving individualized attention. Teachers tailor the curriculum and activities to maximize each student’s learning potential. The school was established through the efforts of parents, the Świdnik Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center, and the Board of Education in Lublin.
